The Team at Classic Canes

The Classic Canes team is close-knit and offers customers a wealth of experience.  We all have our specialisms but, as this is a small team, we can all do quite a few aspects of each other's jobs too!  Pippa manages the accounts, day-to-day business administration, IT and purchasing.  Steve is in charge of goods in, goods out and quality control.  Donna processes the orders, helps customers compile their stock selections and keeps the office running smoothly.  Tina and Paula assist in the warehouse with everything from packing orders to filling the bird feeders.  Charlotte oversees everything and controls the marketing and new product development, while Diana is now semi-retired but helps occasionally in the office to keep her hand in.  Ben is retired now but is never far away when we are celebrating someone's birthday with chocolate cake.  Everyone works together to ensure that we give the best possible service to our customers, as we recognise that reliability, efficiency and good cheer are exactly what our stockists need from us.
